Brandi + Nathan :: Grand Hyatt Kauai, Hawaii Wedding

March 7, 2010 –

Remember Brandi and Nathan’s engagement session at Snoqualmie falls? Here they are at the Grand Hyatt Kauai in Poipu. What an amazing island and the perfect spot for a small romantic wedding overlooking the beach. Raeleen and I were thrilled to be a part of the couple’s intimate week in Hawaii.
The ceremony took place under the palm trees just beyond the sand, looking over the water. Brandi looked stunning standing there with Nathan. After the ceremony, Raeleen and I took Brandi and Nathan down to the beach for some shots alone and found the most amazing cliffside. For the reception, everyone attended a special luau with hula and fire dancers. Definitely a wonderful wedding, and Raeleen and I can’t express how special it was to be there for it with Brandi and Nathan.

Alice + Simon :: Seattle Wedding at the Olympic Sculpture Park

January 4, 2010 –

The perfect couple! Alice and Simon were exciting, couldn’t stop smiling, and was up for going anywhere for pictures. That is awesome. On top of having the perfect couple, Raeleen and I were thrilled to hear that Lisa Chambers would be coordinating the wedding, and as always she made the wedding go by smoothly.

We started at Kerry Park above the Space Needle for Alice and Simon’s first meeting. Then off to pictures around Seattle and ending up at the Olympic Sculpture Park for the wedding. Fortunately, blue skies in October kept everyone dry for the outdoor wedding

The evening ended at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle. The view over the Puget Sound lit up with the sunset and Alice and Simon top everything off with a live band and some serious dancing.
Thanks so much guys for having us, we had a wonderful time!

Symone + David :: Trash the Dress in Seattle, WA

December 29, 2009 –

So here they are, Symone and David, the couple with a little Seattle, and a lot of Barbados in them, getting all dressed up and taking some shots around Seattle. Sometimes trashing the dress is just getting out around the city and taking those shots you couldn’t on your wedding day. It’s so much more relaxing, it’s fun, and you don’t have to worry about dirt on your dress anymore.

Symone + David :: Edgewater Hotel in Seattle, WA

December 29, 2009 –

Coming from Barbados to Seattle to get married seems a bit turned around, especially for us in Seattle But Symone and David showed Seattle can be an awesome spot to get married too. Their family and friends flew in to Seattle for the catholic ceremony in Bellevue, and the perfect little reception on the water at the Edgewater Hotel in Seattle.
The time we spent with the two of them was filled with all smiles. The two of them were so bright and happy to be around, a side effect from the tropical sunshine, I’m sure

Brin :: Baby portraits at Newport Beach Park

December 22, 2009 –

Brin’s getting a little bigger and a little closer to walking without a time limit before ending up on her tush A bit cold out at the park, but she was was all smiles (except when she started getting a bit frosty). Hope you love ‘em, she always makes me smile, too.
