Nicole + Sean :: Lord Hills Farm Wedding

Driving up to Lord Hills Farm is beautiful. There are huge grass fields and this new venue building that looks like a “barn”, but it’s more like this big, inviting space just perfect for dancing, drinking, and just a lot of wedding fun. Nicole and Sean just made the venue even more amazing. Their personalities are awesome. Even their guests and all their family became this warm group having the time of their lives celebrating and dancing out in Washington’s country. All smiles and an absolutely hilarious bridal party is definitely the way to do your wedding. Nicole and Sean nailed it. Thanks guys for a making us part of such a beautiful day!

Krista :: Trash the Dress in Discovery Park

When you bring out the wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses and the scissors, you really don’t know what’s going to happen. That’s one part of a trash the dress session that makes them so much fun.
Krista brought out her bridesmaids for this trash the dress (If you look closely you’ll see Raeleen in there, one of Krista’s bridesmaids) and made this a whole experience with friends.
It didn’t take long to get the scissors out and from there it was shooting everywhere in Discovery Park and even ending up in the water. In spite of the chilly water, the ladies keep rocking out the dresses. What a crazy day and definitely one of the most fun I’ve had shooting.

Alison + Chad :: Palisade wedding on the Seattle waterfront

On the water in Seattle sits Palisade Restaurant, an awesome little venue that was perfect for Alison and Chad’s afternoon/evening wedding. The sunsets there are always stunning.
Alison’s fun splashes of purple and green through her details gave a wonderful accent to the day. My favorite part of her details were the orchids. I love how her bouquet just lit up with the purples in them.
Palisade not only gives just a lovely view for their ceremony and reception, it also gives the perfect setting for our favorite part of the day, Alison and Chad’s intimate couple’s photographs. I’ve always loved Seattle’s skyline and you get everything from the cityline, to the boats, and out looking over the Olympic Mountains. And when the sun sets, the city glows. Just beautiful.
Thank you so much for the pleasure of capturing your day, Alison and Chad. We had an amazing time.
