Raeleen and I made it out to Poulsbo this last weekend for the 40th Annual Viking Fest. It’s Raeleen’s nordic heritage that brings us every year or two to the Norwegian gathering. There’s a slideshow of the parade and a few images from the weekend below, so be sure to check that out.
On a side note, Raeleen and I have been watching our fair share of “Planet Earth” by BBC, and in the midst of the Viking Fest parade we believe that we spotted the smallest Wildebeest…in the world. Be sure to watch for him (or her), you can identify it by it’s distinct markings on its shaved body and the small patch of hair on its head (Image number 8 in the slideshow). Also, keep an eye out for the very rare and very ferocious Viking Turtle.
Hope you enjoy the slideshow!
