Townley :: Senior Portrait Session at Seattle’s Discovery Park

Raeleen and I had an awesome time with Townley on her Senior Portrait Session at Discovery Park in Seattle. We had amazing sunshine and the day was gorgeous! We made a long trek through the huge Seattle park and Townley managed to shine throughout every aspect of the day. I guess that’s the kind of spirit you have when you’re Miss Seattle Teen :) We are such a lucky city to have such a smart, ambitious and fun girl like Townley representing Seattle!

Thanks so much, Townley, enjoy the pictures!

Townley’s Portrait Session Teaser

Raeleen and I went out with Townley this last weekend on a portrait photoshoot in the beautiful Seattle weather. We trekked through Discovery Park and got some great images. I’ll be posting her session on the blog soon, but for now, here’s an image from the session :)

Senior Session with Jenna

What do you do on a cold day in winter at the beach? Get in the water! Jenna blew me away with her idea to get in a dress and splash around in the water a bit. It was cold enough walking on the beach at Golden Gardens, I’m sure it was freezing in the water.

We had a lot of fun. She had a couple outfit changes and we captured her soft side and her more urban grunge side :) Thanks for such an awesome session, Jenna!

Emily’s Portrait Session

Emily and I made our way out to the industrial area of South Seattle and got the chance to take some portraits with a bunch of great machines and colors. The mix of locations and the shapes of the background elements were a ton of fun to work with, and Emily was so easy to photograph. We had a such a great time exploring the area and really creating a unique portrait session.

Ericka’s Portrait Session

I’ve been doing a lot of urban shoots lately. So why not show another? :) This is Ericka. We had a great time finding spots to shoot at Pike Place Market and Post Alley. Especially fun was the word “[POST]” so conveniently painted on a wall in Post Alley. How could I resist?

Hope you enjoy!
