Rae and I got to spend 4 days in Winthrop, Washington for Elizabeth and Geoff’s wedding. Some may say, “What’s in Winthrop?”, and I’d say, “Well, not much.” What there is, though, is a lot of fun and a lot of small town charm. The people are friendly, and the weather is wonderful.
You’ll see where the real beauty of Winthrop lies soon, when we post Elizabeth and Geoff’s wedding. Just to give you an idea, the wedding took place about 7 miles outside of Winthrop on their family’s 500+ acre property overlooking the Methow Valley and the Northern Cascades. Stunning. So in the meantime, here are Rae and I’s Winthrop shots from our walk around town before the drive home. The last shot was taken from the road on the North Cascade Highway heading towards Seattle. Enjoy!
